Do you have to make any payment in advance?
For reservations of more than 5 or more rooms, 50% (non-refundable) will be charged in advance.
What are the entry and exit times?
The opening hours are from 3:00 p.m.
The departure time is before 12: 00h (for groups of more than 4 rooms the departure will be at 10:00 a.m.). After that time, we can store your luggage until the time they need.

How do I get to the hotel?
From the airport:
They have 3 options
1- We usually recommend the commuter train that is medium faster and cheaper. Check the schedules: https://www.renfe.com/viajeros/cercanias/malaga/
2- You can also take the A Express bus that has a frequency of about 30 minutes and the journey time is about 30 minutes.
3- Of course you always have the option of taking a taxi, whose approximate price is € 25 and the journey time is 20 minutes.
From María Zambrano train station:
1- Time on foot 15 minutes.
2- In bus number 3 that takes about 10 minutes.
3- Taxi that takes less than 10 minutes and costs approximately € 8.
Information for access by car:
Due to the changes in traffic to access the center, for the subway works, we recommend you follow the following directions to park in the Parking Andalusia.
1. Access from the West zone:
Take the Avenida de Andalucía and before El Corte Inglés you should turn left to take Calle Hilera where there is an access to the Parking Andalusia.
2. Access from the East area:
Take Avenida Manuel Agustín Heredia to turn right into Alameda de Colón and at the end of it turn left onto Avenida de Andalucía which has access to the Parking Andalusia.
3. Access from the North zone:
Take the Avenida de Valle Inclán, then take the Avenida Simón Bolívar on the left and continue straight on Calle Blas de Lezo, Calle Eugenio Gross and Calle Santa Elena to end at Calle Hilera which has an access to the Parking Andalusia.
Where can I park near the hotel?

The hotel has prices agreed with the network of municipal parkings SMASSA, (Parking Andalucia, Beds), among the closest.

What types of beds are there?
The hotel has rooms with single beds or with double beds. If your preference is for single beds, there is no problem in that. If your preference is a double bed we will write it down as a request but we can not guarantee it, it depends on the availability on the day of arrival, however the rooms of single beds always have them together.
What are the superior rooms?
The hotel has standard rooms or superior rooms. We have 3 types of superior room:
Comfort room with balcony: € 8.50 per day
Superior Room (more spacious and recently built): € 10.00 per day
Superior Room with views or Suite Room (even more spacious and also recently built): € 35.00 per day
All these comfort and superior rooms also have a kettle with coffee and tea.
