Frequently asked questions

The amount of the first night will be charged to the card provided 24 hours before arrival. If the rate is non-refundable or advance rate, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
For reservations of more than 5 or more rooms, 50% (non-refundable) will be charged in advance.

Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. (for groups of more than 4 rooms, departure will be at 10:00 a.m.). From that time on, we can store your luggage until the time you need.
The reception is open 24 hours a day.

From the airport:
They have 3 options
1- We usually recommend the commuter train, which is faster and cheaper. Check the schedules: https://www.renfe.com/viajeros/cercanias/malaga/
2- You can also take the A Express bus, which has a frequency of about 30 minutes and the journey time is about 30 minutes.
3- Of course you always have the option of taking a taxi, the approximate price of which is €25 and the journey time is 20 minutes.

From the María Zambrano train station:
1- Walking time 15 minutes.
2- By bus number 3 which takes about 10 minutes.
3- By Taxi, which takes less than 10 minutes and costs approximately €8.

Information for access by car:

Due to changes in traffic to access the center, due to subway works, we recommend following the following instructions to park in the Andalucía Parking.

1. Access from the West zone:
Take Avenida de Andalucía and before El Corte Inglés you must turn left to take Calle Hilera where there is access to the Andalucía Parking.

2. Access from the East zone:
Take Avenida Manuel Agustín Heredia to turn right onto Alameda de Colón and at the end of it turn left onto Avenida de Andalucía which has access to the Andalucía Parking.

3. Access from the North zone:
Take Avenida de Valle Inclán, then take Avenida Simón Bolívar to the left and continue straight along Calle Blas de Lezo, Calle Eugenio Gross and Calle Santa Elena to end up on Calle Hilera which has access to the Andalucía Parking.

The hotel has rooms with single beds or double beds. If your preference is for single beds, there is no problem. If your preference is for a double bed, we will note it as a request but we cannot guarantee it, it depends on availability on the day of arrival, however the rooms with single beds always have them together.

The hotel has 3 types of double rooms:
– Basic double without views: Interior room smaller than the standard double. It has a 1.35 bed.
– Standard double: Exterior or interior room with 2 beds together or a double bed depending on availability.
– Superior double: Exterior room larger than the standard double. It has a kettle with tea and coffee. 2 beds together or double bed depending on availability.
