People are our priority and to guarantee their safety, we have approved a series of measures at our hotel in Malaga, which for the moment is open:
We are continuously and indefinitely carrying out intense disinfection and complete ventilation of all rooms, as well as of all surfaces and elements that may harbor any danger.
Our staff has been trained and made aware of this, to ensure that both our clients and our staff are free of infection.
We have implemented information policies and prevention, control and monitoring measures. We have chosen to take the body temperature of all clients before entering our facilities, to reinforce this purpose.
If you have a reservation at the hotel and want to change the dates of your stay, we will process the change at no added cost.
We will continue to monitor the instructions issued by the health authorities to take the necessary measures in the future. We are sorry for the inconvenience that our clients may experience, and we again appreciate the great effort that all our staff are making, putting our values into practice with their best attitude and always prioritizing people.
