Falta poco más de un mes para la llegada a Málaga del primer gran festival del verano, 101 Sun Festival y en hotel Atarazanas Málaga esperamos con gran expectación este gran acontecimiento musical en nuestra ciudad, que tendrá lugar los días 11 y 12 de julio. Con un cartel que sigue añadiendo nombres tras las confirmaciones de los grupos Temples y Toundra, el Sun Festival reunirá grandes artistas nacionales e internacionales en el Estadio de Atletismo Ciudad de Málaga que será el escenario de esta gran cita musical del verano.
Con la incorporación de Temples, considerados la mejor nueva banda de Inglaterra, por Noel Gallagher del grupo Oasis y con los críticos musicales de su parte, esta banda de rock participará en esta primera edición del 101 Sun Festival, junto a otros grupos nacionales e internacionales como la banda española Toundra con uno de los mejores directos elogiados por la prensa experta.
El cartel todavía no está cerrado y ya incluye a grupos que han confirmado su asistencia como los escoceses Franz Ferdinand banda indie rock, los ingleses Crystal Fighters con éxitos como “You And I” o “Love Is All I Got”, los franceses Rinôçérôse que mezclan música electrónica y dance y muchos más como los zaragozanos Amaralformado por Eva Amaral y Juan Aguirre, los granadinos Lori Meyers grupo indie español, originario de Loja y Russian Red nombre artístico de Lourdes Hernández González, una cantautora de indie, folk y pop española. Procedentes de Los Ángeles están los estadounidenses Black Rebel Motorcycle Club son un grupo de indie rock originario de San Francisco.
